MADELINE’S STORY
Madeline was born on Lake Simcoe, where she still spends time with family throughout the year. She moved to Toronto in her later childhood and attended Blythwood and Greenwood College School. Summers were spent at Onondaga Camp, where she loved being outside and surrounded by friends. These days, she’s happiest working in the garden or enjoying whatever Duncan’s cooking up in the kitchen.
OUR RELATIONSHIP
We met in 2018 while studying at Western University and quickly bonded over a shared love of camp. As it turned out, we’d grown up just ten minutes apart but had never crossed paths. Since then, we’ve traveled together, created so many great memories, and bought a house just around the corner from where we both grew up. One of our favorite trips was to Tuscany, which left a lasting impression on us and inspired our decision to get married there. We got engaged in June 2024 and are so excited to celebrate this next chapter with the people we love most, in a place that means so much to us.
DUNCAN’S STORY
Duncan grew up in Toronto, spending his days biking through the Don Valley, hanging out with friends, and soaking up summers at Kilcoo Camp. From Children’s Garden to Leaside High School, he’s always been rooted in the outdoors and community—and today, that’s grown into a love for cycling and cooking.
